Although we are half way through the month of July, there are still plenty of property auctions going on in and around the UK. If you are looking for a property bargain, you may well find what you are looking for at the property auction. The reluctance of mortgage lenders to lend new buyers or buyers without much equity or an extremly large deposit means that more and more people are looking for property bargains. As such the property auction becomes a vehicle whereby you can find a property for much less than if you bought it on the open market from real estate agents.
